Well since you've stated it'd one of the mega clubs, you've narrowed it down to 2-3 people, and given it's the fall season, and you've decided to post that narrows it further.
What's your beef?

You have the one new FC Bolts coach (former DOC of Inspire SFC) and the rest are Dads.
Its the old Inspire SFC Club with the same band of misfits.

There are many "parents" who have played the game through the college level and have also pursued further coaching education.
I am a coach with an advanced national license who also happens to be a dad. The club bosses pay some attention where conflicts might arise
This is not the early years where moms and dads were generally volunteers and knew little of the game.
These parents who are now coaches probably have less issue with unfairness than the young hired guns who are solely focused on building their resume

I have no problem with parents coaching in club soccer as long as they do not coach their own kids and they are quilified to coach.

If you are an intelligent adult who observes situations rationally, with clarity and dignity then see how things play out.

Even when a parent can effectively coach their kid (which is very rare) it brings up far too many questions and constant scrutiny.

My bet is you are unsatisfied with something in your current situation. It's early in the season, give it time and then address it as you would any issue - don't let the Parent/Coach thing become your excuse. If it is a "mega club" then they are aware of it, and I bet that coach has some legit credentials.

I've always avoided daddy coaches at clubs. Now I will have to rethink my logic to avoid being everything you listed.
A little defensive aren't you.
