It's like an NAIA team claiming national relevance by making the post season.

They forget theire are tiers above them that are actually relevant nationwide.

Small schools and neighborhood clubs have to get some love.

As a 3A/2A/1A participant in OSAA girls soccer we relate to the accomplishments of CU 15 & GPS. Creating relevance is hard to sustain when you play at the lower levels. Keep it up Girls!

GPS 03 girls had already secured a spot in the USYS national championships in Frisco, TX by virtue of their finish in the USYS National League. As such, they did not need to attend the regionals in Hawaii.

You've missed a lot. State Cup 3x, FWRL, NWCL, etc. This overall success qualified them to be selected from a number of applicants across the country to play in National League. Their second place finish in that 2-leg tournament held in Vegas and North Carolina qualified them for National Championships back in March.
