It's a thread about regionals and low and behold Ecnl failures are on here trying to diminish or make sure people remember they actually exist because they are doormats in a failing expensive league that had its top 70% leave.

Top 20 teams in any league make Oregon teams look like fools.

Proven this week where no Oregon teams won anything in Hawaii - and against 4th tier competition at that!

It's all relative. CU and FCP are world beaters compared to Thornz Asylum and Timbers Alliance clubs.

It must be great to spend your day posting on an anonymous website where you can post your hate and create your own reality.

Only Oregonian ever to play in World Cup or Olympics is a girl born out of Hillsboro rec boys leagues; no DA, No US Club league just the outer edge of the Urban growth boundary.

There is only one reality and in that reality Thornz Asylum is dead, Timbers Alliance is useless, and USYS Regionals are 4th tier. Just the facts.

Today's results (so far) from 60 acres:

                    CU14 loses 3-0, is eliminated.
CU15 loses 2-0, still wins their group and advances to quarterfinals tomorrow.
CU16 final group game starts 2:00 local time. CU16 is presently in third place (tied with the second place team in points, but -3 in goal differential). For CU to advance, they must win, and either a) the other group-stage game ends in a tie; or b) the 2nd place team must win and the -3 goal differential made up.

                      Advance payment needed for lodging.

                      Path to nowhere.

Yet "nowhere" is still better than the dead end that is USYS and GDA.

That's the beauty of playing in a US Club activity, you have no beginning or end. Just payment is needed to continue the charade. It's awesome.

Paying to go nowhere fast....and often...and over...and over.. same as it never was.

CU16 wins their game, but the team that was in first place heading into the last game also won, and so the CU16 girls do not advance to the quarterfinals. (They finish second in their group of 4 teams, but only group winners can advance).

Third tier soccer considering the teams that lost all their good players.

Meanwhile FC Portland ECNL is 5th tier. I think everyone forgets they still have teams
