Zeke's kid should have been cut way back at u12 unfortunately a lot of extremely talented kids were cut because of him. Even when he wasn't coaching these kids he was still on the bench,riding to games with the coach and pretty much everything else he could do to keep his kid and all his friends together. I don't think we have to worry about him winning a championship knowing his coaching abilities. Then he can head back over to fsa and get back on his knees so DK doesn't cut his kidComment

In fairness to Zeke, he was coach of Hall before his kids were born. So he did not start out trying to create such a favorable environment for his kids. However, it has turned out to be that way. There has been 5 years of nepotism on his part with one more to go. Now how the school, town, AD, and parents tolerated this is beyond me. Especially considering he can’t deliver acceptable results. Definitely looks that way so far on the boys side with their star forward scoring all those hat tricks (some against pretty good teams too) although they did lose one important player to injury. They have so much depth that they can overcome that loss. Still not taking anything for granted going forward though- Danbury will still be a threat out of the FCIAC in states, and the away rematch with Farmington in early November will still be a tough game despite the scoreline in the first meeting and the fact they're in somewhat of rebuilding mode.Originally posted by Unregistered View Post
As far as Hall is concerned, wouldn't say a narrow one goal loss to the best team in the state so far is choking, although their record historically against Glastonbury is not good at all and this result now adds to it. Hall still played them closer than anyone else this season (Wethersfield took a lead on GHS yesterday as well but then conceded five and lost 5-2!)Comment
