Each ECNL club in Florida had about 1 team on average qualify for the ECNL girls showcase in San Diego.

ECNL is a girls league and this thread is about girls. No one cares about FESA's ECNL boys outside their parents.

Yet last year FESA did equal to or better than other ECNL clubs in Florida in teams qualifying for ECNL National Championships. No ECNL club is dominating in having teams in every age group qualify either.

It's time for Bubb to go. He is not allowing development to happen. Makes the coaches play kickball. Pickett really needs to get back involved with the younger players and coach the U13-U15 area so the kids actually develop. The only other options are Armada and Clay. Equally ****ty in their own way. Claim they are losing because of development but the wins never come. Soccer in Jacksonville sucks.
