I love how the FC Bucks troglodytes love to put down other clubs and other teams as way to make them feel better about their own shortcomings. We all get it. Ukies/GA offers people in the area another option for a patch and college exposure, and having another option - any option, no matter how good or bad that option is, is a threat to FC Bucks. The fact of the matter is, that in Year 1 of being in the GA, which was also during COVID, Ukies has made inroads in terms of attracting players from FC Bucks, and players who traditionally would have chosen FC Bucks due to no other options. And that is just in Year 1 - Ukies has a plan for its future and is growing and improving. Can you say the same thing for FC Bucks - what does their plan look like - what does their future look like. Is there any improvement in those future plans or will FC Bucks continue to offer more of the same

They had similar plan with boys DA a few years back. It lasted one, maybe 2 years.

Even ****ty bucks is 16-17-6 starting U16 and older. Same age groups ukies are 1-32-5. But did they mention they have a clubhouse?

Sorry to say but if you let your kid play at bucks, continue to coach at bucks or wish bucks well in any way your character deserves to be questioned.

FC Bucks runs one of the few businesses out there where year in and year out you can put out a ****ty product, and parents will continue to write checks and buy what they are selling. From the perspective of running a business - it is brilliant!!! FC Bucks knows that for every spot on a team, there are several players whose parents are ready and able to write checks because they think their kid is "Elite" and will get some sort of scholarship. And that is exactly what happens year in and year out - the best players leave and go elsewhere - forcing FC Bucks to offer ECNL spots to players who are less and less qualified. The end result is the FC Bucks teams are pretty much universally at the bottom of ECNL rankings and get worse as the teams move up in the age brackets.

Adding to the list:

Doesn’t hold real tryouts but picks teams in living rooms and then charges people 20.00 for a fake tryout.
Kids making and staying on teams because of who their parents are friends with or because of a car pool.
Playing time decided based on what’s best for the bucks dads that run the show.
Practicing 1 at most 2 times a week.
Zero accountability for the players if they don’t come to practice.

The list could go on and on....anyone who stays or allows their kid to play at bucks is a fool
