Not the op, but want to help you extricate your from this loser of an argument - so here is Suffields recent state track record...

2018 - bye, Loss to Darien
2017 - bye, Amity, Loss to Darien
2016 - Simsbury, Warde, Newington, Loss to Ridgefield
2015 - bye, Weathersfield, Guilford, Berlin, Loss to St Joseph
2014 - (played M div, no fciac teams)
2013 - bye, Newington, New Milford, Mercy, Loss to St Joseph

I’m guessing the Suffield coach spends the first 10 minutes after the bracket comes out looking to see which Fciac team will be ending his season this year.[/QUOTE

In 2014 they were beaten in State Semi-Finals by Weston in 2nd round of PKs

Well, on the positive side, they have only been eliminated by one FCIAC team over the same period. On the other hand...

2018 - bye, Loss to Simsbury
2017 - Hall, Loss to Ridgefield
2016 - Shelton, Loss to Glastonbury
      2015 - DNQ!
      2014 - DNQ!
2013 - Loss to NW Catholic

...they failed to qualify twice and have played a total of 6 games in the years they did. They have never seen the 3rd round. So I’m goin to have to say that the OP’s claim of beating them 5-0 was being very conservative.
OK - I get it. Not been a successful program historically, the facts prove that. I'd prefer to understand these teams from a personnel perspective year in and year out. ie: StJ loses 2 players and graduates the AA; Trumbull picks up 2. Farmington practically has the same squad from their Championship game in Class L last year. Not sure what Glastonbury lost or gained. Staples and Ridgefield still sound like the teams to beat in the FCIAC, not idea of turnover there since last year. What is your assessment there?

If you know the teams so well, you must know their personnel, right?

Staples lost nothing. Nor will they lose anything on the field this year.

            Suck it

4 of top 6 spots are FCIAC
Stjs and NC will simply switch spots after last night
Wilton and Darien and probs McMahon would beat 7-10

Or likely Farmington and Simsbury get in the mix.

Which had previously lost to Southington. So there’s that.
