Agreed, both TBU and OC can give up on ECNL, they cannot support competitive teams. Let them use the MLS platform, give the ECNL to clubs that can field some decent teams.

In every league there is a team that everyone beats up on. It's that way in football, basketball, epl, hockey, etc...
Everyone can not be in first place.
