I would love to know which club steals the most players in Washington. I know one club that contacts people through managers etc to avoid breaking rules. This should be interesting :)

You win, you have more opportunity to steal players. Whichever age group is winning, will steal the most players every year.
You lose, you cant give your players away.

Sorry coach, you can't steal players. Do you want to know why? Because you don't own them. You own the shoes on your feet, and the clothes on your back...
As much as you try to rope them in, threaten them for considering or even looking at other options, to prevent them from playing for the team of their choice, you don't own them.
So when a child decides they don't want to be on your team for whatever reason, politely wish them the best.
Don't come on here ranting that XF, PAC, SU WPFC STOLE, POACHED or UNDERHANDEDLY persuaded a kid to leave your team. The same kid whose parents paid YOU thousands of dollars for the opportunity to play soccer.
They are kids, not a fricken Golden Goose.

Misrepresenting what kids have already committed to move to your team to persuade a player to move, telling players you've "heard" a club is going to out of business or moving its practices to Tacoma or that you "know" what is happening with one league or another when you don't, and treating players as club property over which you can demand some sort of "loyalty" and shame players for not being sufficiently loyal are all unnecessary and sleazy things to do that are probably bad for business in the long term.

Clubs can't expect more loyalty from players than they give in return. Both sides need to look out for their own interests, and sometimes that means a split happens. That said, if you're meeting your players' needs and treating kids and parents with respect, they won't want to leave.

Which club loses the most players?
I'd like to rename this post.
Which club loses the most players?
Which club loses the most players once the parents and players realize that they've chosen a club that sucks.
Which club loses the most players once the parents and players realize that they've chosen a team that is faux soccer and the coaching doesn't align with the shiny brochure claim:
“We are more than a collection of teams at (fill in the blank). Growing players to be champions on and off the field and building lasting relationships with our families is very important to us and who we are as a club.”
or
"(Fill in the blank) Football Club is more than just a soccer club. We are committed to developing the whole athlete with a holistic approach to building future leaders.
or this doozy
" (Fill in the blank) Soccer believes that youth sports should have one singular focus – to develop future leaders through service to others – to their teams, their families, their clubs, and to their community. ** Soccer is determined to correct course by bringing together the best business minds and player-oriented coaches in the country.
