Where does EDP fit into all this? RI Surf says they will play in EDP but if all the GA clubs plus NPL clubs go to DPL, who is going to be in EDP? Will that it make it 3rd tier or will it mean a lot of travel?
Liverpool MA advertising that they are in DPL? How did they get in? 0 teams in NPL A, 2 teams in NPL B, the rest way below that, but are accepted into this league?

My experience with Liverpool is quite outdated (and I was not impressed), but if they have the quality to compete...who cares?
It would be nice to get to a position where we care less about how clubs are "accepted" (based on their past licenses or relationships or kneepad work) and more on their quality.

You seemingly get in NPL A by being in NPL A. From the results I've seen, NPL B teams aren't giving up much if anything to A, and they earned their spot. If Liverpool can get in DPL, then more power to them.

NPL A group are licensed. NPL B group are not. Licensed clubs can have one team in NPL A, and as many teams as can qualify in B... NEFC for example. Non licensed have to have teams qualify. FCUSA and Liverpool are examples.
Liverpool is DPL for girls only btw. Highest boys competition will still be NPL.

What local teams are left in NPL if it seems the remaining clubs (NEFC, SSS, SPOL, Bayside, etc.) are moving to DPL? Will NEP NPL just disappear?
I’m assuming those clubs will just out their 3rd teams or whatever teams in NPL. I’m sure the clubs will sell it to the parents of like it’s something great but it’s just NEP with a different name.
