NCAA investigates the Academy

Here is from the Earthquakes Academy: seems they contradict each other. If it is against NCAA rules why have they been allowing it up until now. I still can't find anything where they are investigating, and the link that you provided doesn't say anything about them investigating the Academy system.

There are no issues. My son played 3 years of academy and went on to college. Never a question. The academies aren't paid, aren't on a contract (pro/paid), and they don't train or play with pro teams. Even those with the ability like LA, KC, Dallas, Chi, etc dont train and play together. Even if they did it would have to be regular for it to constitute anything the ncaa MAY be concerned with.

^^^See? Here's a guy whose son obviously has been through the DA and reviewed the issue first hand. Seem s like a non-issue to me

You can't find it because they are not investigating. This is a non issue. Whoever started this is an idiot
