nothing to do with youth academy. there will be a vote on the ft. lauderdale location tomorrow. after that is voted on, there will be a 21 day window for other clients to post a bid, when no bid to do anything with the land is made, they will get the contract and break ground immediately. the field can be turfed in a matter of weeks, thats all they need to start.

sure good point, but it sure is obstacle ridden to the point of go somewhere you are wanted. Arizona or las vegas would of been a better efficient choice. Something weird about this place for sure.

making a bid and winning a bid is two different things. and that land has been sitting there collecting dust, no one is going to make a bid out of spite. the melreese land, thats a different story
