Name
Originally posted by Unregistered View PostThere has been no indication of a name change. The assumption is that we will have an agreement to remain the Armada. Just bc the NASL is done for 2018 doesn't mean they do not want the publicity for their pro team who is competing in NPSL just like the NY Cosmos.

Propaganda

JAYFC is not a marketing machine. You are either on board or not. What would it matter what uniform we where anyway as long as the product stays the same. Go Armada!!

Compared to "8000 strong and growing", turning the word Volt into an adjective, partnering with an overseas pro club that only a very few select will every get to go visit or the awesome ECNL composite teams that now college coach come to watch.
Now THAT.....is genious.

We all know what would happen if fesa found out one of their players actually tried out for Armada. Cue the repeated chant of "SHAME, SHAME, SHAME,..." coming from Veterans.

Congrats Armada FC Youth Academy!
http://www.ussoccerda.com/20180309-n...18-2019-season
Armada has been granted the final boys DA age group (U18/U19) beginning next year thanks to the hard work of JAYFC players, coaches, administrators, and parents! This is fantastic news for boys in NE Florida and the surrounding areas that dream of playing soccer at the highest level. Players can now take part in all of the advantages of the DA program beginning at U12 and continuing all the way through their youth development and playing career.
Congrats and thanks to all involved in this great accomplishment!
Signed,
Grateful and happy Armada DA parent!
