RR only has a few more years left in him at UConn. Thank God. They will NEVER be a top 20 team again even with only 205 men’s soccer programs in D1

R Reid has to go like 10 years ago. He has not only destroyed that program, but can care less about anyone but himself. Total slimeball

He is a good fundraiser and helped get the new facility put together No matter how bad he does they will keep him until he retires. He fired the only brains in the program John D to make it look like it was his fault

You RR bashers clearly have no clue what you’re talking about. Here’s the last 10 years. How exactly has he “destroyed the program”? And the proper terminology is could not care less. Do you know him personally? Has he wronged you in some way? You seem bent for some reason.

2010 - lost in Big East final, lost 1st round NCAA (lost only 2 games in reg season)
2011 - lost in NCAA quarterfinals
2012 - lost in NCAA quarterfinals
2013 - lost in AAC finals, lost in NCAA quarterfinals
2014 - lost in AAC semifinals
2015 - lost in AAC finals, Lost in NCAA 2nd round
2016 - lost in AAC semifinals
2017 - lost in AAC semifinals
2018 - lost in AAC final, lost in NCAA 2nd round at #2 Indiana

2019 - Losing record, first time since 1995!

You can thank tony rizza for the stadium and what's left of the friends of soccer.

40% of the time Uconn didn’t make NCAAs mostly in the weak AAC. When in tournament hasn’t made it out of the second round. Isn’t relevant in NCAA for over seven years

Perhaps the OP was confused and thought UCONN was in the ACC.

Ray Reid makes Morrone look like a good coach. Ray needs to go, like yesterday

UConn should of destroyed the AAC. They didn’t now they will get destroyed in the Big East. They will not make the NCAAa tourney again.

High school accolades mean absolutely zero. You will see in a few years who the best players out of CT from how they do in college. You can look back at AA and A NE awards GIVEN to players due to coaches being on the voting committees.

Shows how little many of you on here actually understand about the game. You get blinded by anonymous narrative and accept it as truth and then perpetuate the narrative. Example - “Ray Reid drove the program into the ground.” In fact they have one losing season since forever. Facts are facts.

“The AAC is weak”. The only D1 men’s conference with more teams in the Top 50 (RPI) than the AAC in the country is the ACC. The AAC and Big East are tied for 2nd in terms of # of teams in the Top 50. Both have more than the Big 10 or PAC 10.

Uconn will be just fine back in the Big East. They’ll battle for the league championship every year and will be back in the NCAA tourney in year one.

                            Facts are facts.
