You understand that Armada boys B teams are in ECNL playing against FESA A teams? FESA B team boys play Armada C teams in the lower leagues. Girls B teams play each other and it’s an even contest over the age groups. For the number of players FESA massively underachieves due to poor development and coaching below A team level. -

Besides being a loaded question, there is no way to accurately gauge this. There is a constant movement of players between clubs. Each have their strengths and weaknesses.

You mean on the baby fields? FESA puffing their chest on the baby fields? You definitely would expect the larger club to have advantage short sided. And even score 0-0. Armada actually controlled more of the game and had more chances. Both keepers made some saves. Both teams had some marginal players running around out there. Very few difference makers either way. No wonder both ECNL standings are near bottom. Not a smart way to run a club. You will run players and parents off eventually. If those girls are that good, put them on second team and let them win a spot.
