So when you get your butts kicked all the time,you say you are in training,but when you win,you post pictures of the trophies. This seems a little too much of a gardens parent or employee for me. Positive coaching does not mean that you constantly degrade others when they have what you don't. You should just give out most improved trophies from now on.
