Coach/org more than likely weighs in on what the ranking would be. Up/down relegation happens as well.

I’d say they’ve done pretty good with the placement except for the occasional brand new team that gets placed wrong. They correct it the next season

we're in a mid level club and they've done a nice job of keeping us in the appropriate groupings. Really no complaints here.

Yeah the 05 boys Fall breakdown was a little off. Looks like they’ve corrected it for the Spring and added a third division as a few more teams joined.
