Im sure you may know Eric from a different perspective, but i know Eric for the greedy selfish ass he is. Im not the only person who knows this Eric. Everyone within the soccer industry knows Eric Eichmann as being a selfish ass who only cares about easy money he makes every year for not doing anything. Come on, take a look for yourself. Parkland, Coral Springs, Team Boca, all the local clubs want nothing to do with him. The signs will be there at the end of the season. All those the inside of the industry knows he's scamming parents every year.

I don’t agree with you Eric is a good man but a terrible businessman who couldn’t run a hot dog stand. He has literally destroyed Boca United little by little over many years. He is a perfect example of why you don’t want to take on ECNL or DA unless you are a businessman capable of making smart business decisions, which he has never been able to do. But at the end of the day it’s all the parents fault who brought into Boca United and drank Eric’s Kool aid every year like morons. Now their kids will pay the price others have paid all the years before them once again. So so many kids from Boca United have not gone on to play college soccer when they were actually better players than many kids from other clubs who did but Eric and the rest of the BU coaching staff have absolutely no idea how to run a club or help players get recruited so it’s shameful that so many families have been totally screwed by Eric and Boca United. It’s really sad. So if any more parents bring their kids to this carnival club then you get what you deserve by not learning from all the other before you! Please close this horrible club down quickly before more players and families are hurt!

He does not care to make any improvements to the club. Let all parents be warned. BU under Eichmanns leadership is a scam. He hires coaches and let them do as they like. No leadership, no organization, no funding, no support. Its easy money for him. New parents sign up and he has mediocre coaches guessing what development looks like. New parents have no idea that what they are paying for is an inferior product. Do not waste your hard earned money at this club. I agree we got out years ago for the better. What makes my laugh is when people come on hear saying your kid must have got cut or is no good. They are morons for staying.

Everyone hides from parents and its so difficult to get a question answered. I remember last season, there was a team well below us that didn't play a single game until February. Now think of this. You sign your child up for travel soccer and start training in September and you don't play a game until February and all you get is the run around. Im currently on the boys side and we are leaving at the end of the season. You know something is wrong when you see the girls DA team playing 8v8 on a 11v11 field. Stay away from this club.

You left out the part where it is fitting that he is a huge gambler and spends a lot of time at the casinos. His gambling of running the club the way he has for more than two decades with no results to show for it was playing with house money and he is going to bankrupt the club.

GO TO TEAM BOCA. Excellent coaches and development. DOC on the boys side is excellent and very involved.
