There is a 15-year-old from Nevada who recently signed a first-team contract and is playing for the Sounders Tacoma USL team, but I'm not aware of any connections he has to Oregon.

They're looking to change those rules, which would be great for the players - then they could chose the club that's best from them instead of being tied to the closet club. It's what MLS clubs want and right now USSF is anxious to keep MLS clubs happy and in DA.
