Truthfully CFC isn't knocking it out of the park either, but FSA has almost all basement residents. NE rankings (still early but as that other post showed FSA did poorly vs teh same MD competitors vs CF):

U14 CFC 5th FSA 7th (2nd to last)
U15 CFC 6th FSA 13th
U16 CFC 9th FSA last of 15 teams
U17 CFC 2nd FSA 12th
U18 CFC 8th FSA last of 15 teams

agreed, they need a new DOC with good experience and sound ideas that he can implement club wide starting with the little kids (let's face it, it is almost too late probably for U13 and up).
