Agreed NPL ain't what it used to be, but it's still a bigger step up from travel

FSA NPL teams blow. CFC's are a little better and more of their players do play in college. Still, it's not travel equivalent just ok club equivalent. It's a lot of cost and travel

Stop it .... most of their players do not play in college either. FSA and CFC NPL teams are awful. Someone showed last week that CFC's NPL teams were just as bad as FSA's in the standings, so if FSA NPL teams blow, then do the math for CFC's!!

Sorry you are paying for that, but it doesnt make them any better and people looking for a club next year should be able to see facts so they make a more informed decision. The faster we get perennially bad clubs out of business, then the better it is for soccer as a whole .... FSA girls soccer is a disaster and they should be run out of town.

I wouldn't say it's a disaster, it's just in the wrong leagues considering the talent and coaching they have. They'll never go out of business, but they could lose ECNL if they don't start to turn things around soon

How is it not a disaster? They have been cellar-dwellars for a decade between S+ and FSA and they are at least as bad as they have ever been!! It is a monumental disaster and ECNL should look to replace them to push quality upward. After what we saw with GDA this past year and a half, the consumers have spoken and are demanding more quality. Whoever delivers it first will be king. Whoever does not, will be cast aside for the next big thing.

Again, disaster in ECNL. If they bailed out (or got axed from ECNL) they could clean up in NPL. There's nothing wrong with being a good NPL club except for egos. Question is would ECNL boot them given they have boys ECNL? It wouldn't be a good look considering they're trying to build boys ECNL up.

This poster has first-hand knowledge of both FSA & CFC NPL teams. He/she is at every training session, watches games live (rather than just looking at numbers on a computer screen) and knows what to look for when watching a soccer game.
