    WFF DA record

How bad is this program being run? Not one win amongst all age groups. How does a director keep his/her job with this sort of repeated "success"? Laughing stock of FL.

Development takes time? These are the same teams, players that have been together for years. Same coaches, same director who also was a miserable coach, ecnl director. The U 18/19s, they use to be the team the club touted, many of the same players as last 4 years. They are abysmal now, other FL clubs have gotten better, play as a team. 14s, way overhyped underperforming,15s, that team couldn't look more non DA, parent politics at its worst 16-17s, could be so much better but neglected over the last few years.

At least the WFF NPL teams are dominating

The WFF Pre-DA 2005 team from East Lake has not won a game as of yet in NPL. The club can't get out of it's own way to be successful. It's a shame..

Have to say the morale is still good on 14s but talking with parents it's pretty obvious there is recognition of some problem.

The same thing keeps coming up about college and discussion of leaving for TBU next year or year after because sentiment is training at WFF is better but the college recruitment and reach is non existent where it's excellent at TBU. We can see and do discuss the lack of commitments to quality schools at the older teams. Hard not to. And of course the high school play is more important then some let on. So we suffer and develope for a few years and then enjoy the fruits of that training at TBU.

                    2 game into the season

Really? They played 2 games. What a loser!

I'm sure the wins will come after this upcoming weekend. Weston and IMG

Tophat is a powerhouse. Let me know how everyone else does against them.

That is just one team. The other WFF NPL teams are dominating.

Oh this whole post and all the replies are PRICELESS

WFF has needed to clean house for years. They need to wake up.

                        Three things will save them:
                        1. Dump the brothers
                        2. Dump yo yo
                        3. Clean house on the younger age group coaches. They are ruining the club even though they win some games, they are clueless on developing talent. The younger kids with talent leave because the coaches at u10,u11 ect that have needed to be fired for years are horrible (either you love them or hate them. At these age groups everyone should love them the kids need to be having fun and supported). Their whole pipeline is history when this happens. Maybe the newer coaches in these age groups are better?

Do this and talent "might" start to consider coming back depending on who they hire to replace them.

They have a few good coaches at WFF, they are just handcuffed by a poor process, lack of leadership, politics, crazy parents and a overall poorly run club.
