WFF is much more than the DA. You can't judge a club by only concentrating on the girls DA.

WFF boys are doing very well overall.
WFF girls younger teams do very well.
WFF DA boys are doing well.

You guys are judging only the girls DA, and yes, I agree with you they are not doing well right now, but why only look at the negatives of the club, if you do that, in order to give the entire picture also mention the other programs.

Agreed, I saw how many of the boys signed their LOI a few weeks ago. This club is a fast pass to college ball LOL. Oh well, the world needs Rec coaches too !

This is terrible! Seriously, can someone explain how a director can keep his/her position with these results? How long will parents keep throwing money at a club consistently losing games, playing crap football, not developing anything? What is this doing for the morale of your girls?

People are held accountable and get fired in the real world for lack of success and poor results.

Same problems that have been going on for years. The entire WFF club needs to be restructured and it starts with GR going down the chain. Until that happens, WFF will feed you all the bs just to get your money.

A lot of us are going back to ECNL after this season. Too much lip service, empty promises that are not being filled, training is not good and kickball soccer. Winter Showcase was embarrassing.

Smart move. It will never get better at WFF. There is no style of play, just kick ball which leads to injuries, training is not good, teams and players are not getting better. Coaching of games is bad, starting the worse players and screaming joystick coaching.
