Any savings are not a problem, because they must spend them on youth soccer. Some have said they should have built a soccer complex, like Massachusetts did, but look now with U.S. Club stealing kids and programs, that would have been an unwise investment.

What do they "spend on youth soccer"? No really, please tell us. Other than running the leagues where does their money go?
Well, some they save. Some for scholarships. Some for TOPS soccer. Some for free license classes, such as D and E classes, for free. Some for CT and state cups, including officiating and fields, etc. The list goes on.
