it looks like a TVL champion again. Norton, DS, Holliston or Medway for the win.

They divided the TVL into large and small, not really sure why, but because of this there are now 2 champions

TVL Large - Norton

TVL Small - Dover / Sherborn

Within the TVL I think D/S had a better record, but I'm not 100% sure. Parent of a D2 TVL team - I think Norton is the team to beat in D3S.
