Some signed when club was Westside Metros. I'm pretty sure, based on his age, that Rubio was there during the club alliance transition.

Nope, all years from age 8 to to 15 were under the Westside Metros moniker. The name brand tweak from Metros to Timbers happened after Rubio left Oregon to live and train in Florida with USYNT beginning in 2012. He may of guest played with the WST club after 2012 in a local tourney, who knows. But he never played in leagues or cups while they were associated with the Timbers brand. Not sure if any of the Westside Timbers alum have ever signed with an MLS 1st team, a couple have been drafted A. White (Toronto FC 2018) & N. De Vero (Red Bulls 2018) which is also cool.

All signed as Westside Metros Alum (pre timbers affiliation)
          C. Barrett
          D. Mwanga
          E. Hurtado
          R. Rubio

Internet says he left WSM in 2011 not 2012.

                Of course it is.

When one local club has produced more professionals than any other, it's good to remind folks of this.

Too bad TA seems to have let the ball Cony passed to them go bouncing over the touch line!

It says he went to Florida in 2012 which would mean he left westside metros in 2011 azz clown. Go back under your rock

Actually he left for residency USYNT in Florida with club teammate A. Segovia in the Summer of 2011, right after their Westside Metros club team captured the US Club National Cup X in Idaho--all Oregon teams were in the OPL back then no USYS/OYSA. He was never part of the 2011-2012 Westside Metros, which changed names officially in May of 2012 to Westside Timbers. Not throwing rocks, just spittin facts.

Cony was handed this ball upon his arrival in Oregon and kept it rolling. TA never had a chance with their clown army, they dropped the ball without it even touching their hands.

                      Bummer for Oregon.

Ahhh to bad for the OPC cronies.. What really happed was a master business man created the OPL to make more money, they he created OYSA the very organization he destroyed to again control the money. Westside Eastside, FC, Southside are all nothing but pawns being led by a chess master.

WSM where not the only team produce pro's out of Oregon. Now all pro's are all TA's.

Timbers DA boasts Eastside's M. Farfan as it's lone MLS 1st team TA pro over an entire decade from Oregon. No Bueno.

                          Sorry

Another bit of Rubin press, at Soccer America. Cony (who often comments there) gets a shout-out.

Rubin with the assist vs the Loons, as RSL wins their opener 2-1.

Not to be outdone, Erik Hurtado with an assist of his own vs Toronto FC.

Rubin with a brace. One of 'em a golazo.

That's two goals and 3 assists so far for Westside alums in MLS. I'll let other folks fill in the totals for other area clubs.
