Hmm, testimony from a FBI agent is “misrepresentations” and “outright lies”. Of course a libtard would think that. It destroys the years of left-wing conspiracy theories and unfounded, unproven conjecture. Watching that ship sink has gotta be hard. “I’ll never let go Jack”! 😂

“Those sites”? Let’s see what some liberal news sites reported, shall we?

      https://www.nytimes.com/2020/09/25/u...t-fbi.amp.html

In a broadside against the special counsel’s office, William J. Barnett, the veteran F.B.I. agent on the team who handled Mr. Flynn’s case, said his colleagues had a “get Trump” attitude

Mr. Barnett said that the special counsel’s prosecutors believed, without hard evidence, that “something criminal” must have occurred between Russia and the Trump campaign. Mr. Barnett said he stayed on the team to prevent “groupthink.”

Mr. Barnett told Mr. Jensen that the team had ignored evidence that Mr. Flynn was not compromised by Russia. But that “ground just kept being retreaded” as prosecutors tried to prove that the Trump campaign had colluded with Russia to upend the 2016 election, he said.

Mr. Barnett, an agent in the F.B.I.’s Washington field office, played a pivotal role in the Flynn case. He was assigned to the investigation in the weeks after it opened, as the bureau explored connections between the Trump campaign and Russia

FBI Agent In Flynn Case Had Doubts About Investigation, Document Shows

An FBI agent assigned to special counsel Robert Mueller's team told investigators he thought the probe into Michael Flynn was "unclear and disorganized" and that the former national security adviser wasn't conspiring with Russia.

In his interview, Barnett expresses skepticism about the foundations of the investigation into possible ties between the Trump campaign and Russia, according to the summary.

The special agent accuses some attorneys in the special counsel's office of having a "get Trump attitude." He says many of the lawyers tended to interpret information that would point to a crime having been committed.

Justice Dept. disclosures cast fresh doubt on Trump-Russia investigation

The Justice Department has released a pair of documents casting fresh doubt on the judgment of senior law enforcement officials who investigated possible links between Russia and the Trump campaign in 2016, showing that one of the FBI case agents thought prosecutors were out to “get Trump” and that a key source of allegations against the president had been previously investigated as a possible Russian asset.

It’s still uncertain whether Durham will issue any findings before Election Day, but the two releases may serve a similar purpose: providing fresh ammunition for conservatives’ arguments that the FBI’s pursuit of the president was unfair and unfounded.

The agent said the investigative steps they took were “legally justified” and he felt there was good reason to scrutinize other Trump advisers, but too often Mueller’s team appeared to be pursuing a theory of Russian-Trump campaign collusion built on “supposition upon supposition.”

The agent said he thought the Trump campaign may have been aware the Russians were attempting to interfere in the election, but that was different from their having an explicit deal or a quid pro quo, according to the interview notes.

Barnett said he believed prosecutors pursued a Trump-Russia conspiracy theory without much evidence to go on. He even joked with others about playing a hypothetical game of “Collusion Clue,” based on the popular board game, in which they would propose different people and locations for the scene of the supposed crime.

In another installment of Libtard Hypocrisy, it seems the left is attacking Judge Barrett for adopting children from Haiti. The left is "deeply concerned" with the "potential harm" of transracial adoption. That's an interesting stance seeing how libtards support non-binary gender indentity, unliminted number of genders, and proper pronoun usage. What could be the harm in that? Their whole stance reeks of hypocrisy and racism. Why would the left, who accuses the right of racism, be caused with transracial adoption?

"As an adoptee, I need to know more about the circumstances of how Amy Coney Barrett came to adopt her children, and the treatment of them since.

Transracial adoption is fraught with trauma and potential for harm, and everything I see here is deeply concerning"

So this is the libtard normal but Judge Barrett’s adoption of “transracial” children from Haiti is bad. No wonder you idiots lose so often. Your hypocrisy knows no bounds. Good thing is you’ve exposed yourselves and the world is watching.

          https://www.theblaze.com/news/newsom...california-law

Gov. Newsom signs law allowing transgender inmates to be placed in prison by their gender identity, officers required to use preferred pronouns

California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) signed a new law on Saturday allowing transgender inmates to be placed in prisons based on their gender identity.

The new California law will allow transgender inmates to be housed based on their gender identity rather than their sex assigned at birth.

The Transgender Respect, Agency, and Dignity Act notes that officers must privately ask inmates during the intake process on how they identify as. Transgender, nonbinary, or intersex inmates can request to be placed in a facility that houses either men or women based on how they identify as.

This one will really make you tired. Not too many sources agree with your argument. Trump was right this whole time! 😂

It was worse than we thought. We’re referring to the FBI’s 2016 investigation into the Trump campaign and Russia, as new documents this week reveal.

Four years into accusations about Russia-Trump collusion, we finally learn that Russia’s main conduit for disinformation may have been America’s FBI. Vladimir Putin must be howling with laughter.

According to the documents, Mr. Danchenko attempted to recruit two individuals connected to “an influential foreign policy advisor in the Obama administration.” He said that if they “did get a job in the government and had access to classified information,” he had a way for them “to make a little extra money.”

Further FBI investigation found Mr. Danchenko was an associate of two other “FBI counterintelligence subjects.” He also had contact with “the Russian Embassy and known Russian intelligence officers,” and the FBI went so far as to apply for a warrant to surveil Mr. Danchenko.

Here’s the kicker: The FBI identified Mr. Danchenko as Mr. Steele’s source in December 2016, when senior bureau officials also became aware of the prior FBI investigation. The FBI’s realization that it was being fed potential Russian disinformation should have put an immediate halt to the Page probe, if not the entire collusion investigation.

Instead and incredibly, the FBI failed to disclose this information to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court in all three of its subsequent renewal applications against Mr. Page.

In related news Thursday, the Justice Department disclosed more FBI text messages and notes in the tainted Michael Flynn case. These also reflect horribly on the James Comey-era FBI. Agents (names redacted) express dismay and disdain in the messages for the broader collusion investigation (code-named Crossfire Hurricane) and for the probe of Mr. Flynn.

It’s getting worse for the Dems

Political karma saved America. It’s a good thing this crook isn’t the president. She is one of the dirtiest politicians out there.

              https://www.foxnews.com/politics/oba...trump-distract

The Director of National Intelligence (DNI) has declassified information indicating that former President Obama's administration knew of allegations that former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton was attempting to tie Trump to Russia and distract from her email scandal in 2016.

According to DNI John Ratcliffe's letter, it included the "alleged approval by Hillary Clinton on July 26, 2016 of a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisors to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by Russian security services."

Senate Democrats panned the Russian intelligence*as disinformation. "Politico reported that Nick Merrill, Clinton's spokesperson, called the allegations 'baseless b------t'"

In September of 2016, U.S.*intelligence officials also forwarded an investigative referral on Clinton purportedly approving "a plan concerning U.S. Presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering U.S . elections" in order to distract the public from her email scandal.

Dems have only themselves to blame

Even the WaPo see the hypocrisy.

                https://www.washingtonpost.com/opini...outputType=amp

Democrats are seething over their inability to stop Republicans from confirming Judge Amy Coney Barrett and securing a 6-to-3 conservative majority on the Supreme Court. They have no one to blame but themselves. Had it not been for their breaches of long-standing precedent, Republicans would have zero chance of confirming Barrett — and Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh would not be sitting on the high court today.

For Democrats, history always seems to begin with the GOP refusal to confirm Merrick Garland in 2016. In their self-serving narrative, Republicans “stole” Garland’s seat and now they plan to “steal” Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s seat as well — thefts that justify packing the Supreme Court to restore a liberal majority if Democrats win in November. This storyline may be soothing, but it is false. And it conveniently glosses over their own responsibility for their current predicament.

Democrats made three catastrophic mistakes that led them to this moment:

Their first blunder came in 2003 and 2004, when they broke precedent by blocking 10 of President George W. Bush’s judicial nominees, including the eminently qualified Miguel Estrada, for the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Never in U.S. history had an appellate court nominee been successfully filibustered before. The Senate Democrats’ actions were so brazen that in 2005, Republicans briefly considered eliminating the judicial filibuster.

This was their second catastrophic mistake, and it came back to haunt them when the Senate flipped back to GOP control and a Supreme Court seat came open during President Barack Obama’s final months in office. Had it not been for these two breaches of precedent by Democrats — first invoking the judicial filibuster and then eliminating it — Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) would never have had enough support in his caucus to block a vote on Garland’s nomination in 2016 to succeed the late justice Antonin Scalia.

That led to the Democrats’ third grievous mistake when, in a fit of pique over Garland, they filibustered President Trump’s nomination of Neil M. Gorsuch. Gorsuch was so obviously qualified in intellect, character and temperament that he won the support of liberal Harvard Law professor Laurence Tribe and former Obama acting solicitor general Neal Katyal. The decision to filibuster Gorsuch was so transparently partisan that it united reluctant Republicans behind eliminating the filibuster for Supreme Court nominees. They realized that if Gorsuch couldn’t be confirmed, no individual nominated by a Republican president could be.
Had Democrats let Gorsuch through, the 60-vote threshold for future nominees would still be in place today. There is zero chance Republicans would have would been able muster the votes to eliminate it to confirm Kavanaugh in 2018, which means his nomination would have failed. And Republicans would have zero chance of eliminating it to confirm Barrett today

The idiots they arrested were plotting to kill law enforcement as well (they couldn't get their IEDs to work lol). It was primarily an FBI investigation also - the same FBI that has been saying for a long time that right wing extremism is a much bigger threat to the US.

This does not help Trump at all, particularly with his "Stand by" fiasco last week.

Biden and running mate Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) spoke with the press while at the Phoenix airport on their way to campaign events in Arizona. After criticizing Vice President Mike Pence for not answering a particular question during the vice presidential debate the night before, a reporter asked Biden to state is position on court packing as some far-left congressional Democrats have threatened.

The Democrat refused — as he has several times now — to answer the question, telling reporters, "You'll know my opinion on court-packing when the election is over."

                          Best Story of the Week

Well, it seems Amazon suddenly has a big problem with mail-in voting. There is just no shortage of hypocrisy in Libtard Land! It's all about "Vote Fidelity" now. Gee, why would Amazon be concerned with mail-in voting? You can't make this stuff up. Just goes to show Dems stand for nothing!

Amazon Fights Against Mail-In Voting in Union Decision to Preserve ‘Vote Fidelity’

E-commerce giant Amazon is reportedly seeking to postpone a unionization vote at a warehouse in Alabama and is fighting back against federal labor authorities’ decision to allow mail-in voting. Amazon claims it has created a “safe, confidential and convenient proposal for associates to vote on-site, which is in the best interest of all parties—associate convenience, vote fidelity and timeliness of vote count.”

On Thursday, Amazon filed an appeal to a decision by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), which is allowing employees to vote by mail due to coronavirus risks instead of holding in-person elections. The ballots are set to be mail to around 6,000 workers associated with Amazon’s facility in Bessemer, Alabama, on February 8.

In the petition, Amazon said the NLRB’s decision was flawed as it had not adequately defined an outbreak, along with a number of other objections. Workers at Amazon’s facility are seeking representation from the Retail, Wholesale, and Department Store Union.

If a majority of ballots vote in favor of unionization, it would be the first time that hourly Amazon workers have formed or joined a union in the United States.
