    Trump Doing What Democrats Never Could

    Bringing the Arabs and Jews together, creating long-lasting peace and stability.
    UAE/Israel historic peace. As a result, others soon to be announced.
    Serbia and Kosovo now at the table.
    Its not just that Democrats could never do this (they couldnt), its that they wouldnt do this.
    As a party of chaos, entropy, instability and identity based grievance, they live off this kind of conflict and the wars it produces.

    He has made progress with DPRK as well - when he came into office after Obama, they were about to nuke us, now they are at least talking with the South Koreans and our POTUS. A Trump second term may see this problem solved as well.

      Love letter to Kim won't solve that because Kim knows how to play Trump. There has been no substantive progress in NK, you're just falling for Trump's exaggerations.

        If Obama accomplished just half of what Trump has done in 4 years then maybe he would be in the conversation of a good president. So here's your chance. Go ahead and list Obama's accomplishments and we will compare. I've got my list ready.

          While Obama was given the prize for his words (before being elected) Trump is nominated for actually doing something. And the Atlantic throws a temper tantrum.

            Trump was nominated by a racist hard right Norwegian politician. Trump and his nominator couldn't be more opposite from what Nobel is all about. Kiss their credibility goodbye if Trump got the prize (practically anyone can be nominated). Trump uses hate, preaches fear, has locked kids in cages, abandoned the Kurds...the list goes on and on. The UAE/Bahrain/Israel deals didn't end wars or violence. They normalized relations between nations that merely ignored each other. Finally Trump did none of the heavy lifting. National leaders and diplomats did.

If all it takes is for national leaders and diplomats to get things done, how come it didn’t happen under Obama? Seems to me he picked the wrong people.

                Sorry, I have a visceral reaction to people who hate others just because of the color of their skin, religion or sexual orientation. If you can't care about ALL of your electorate you shouldn't be in office. A racist nominating another racist for the Nobel prize? Sounds more like a story from The Onion than real life
