The pool will be like always. The last 10 on the ECNL roster are not at the same level as the navy roster so I doubt you'll see them pop up on the navy roster very often. Probably get time with the 3rd team if needed.

Movement up? That's news to us and we have a player on the pool team. So when they move us up for a game, how do we pay for that? Looking forward to this information.

No need. The extra fees are for the additional training. If ECNL needs players for whatever reason, they will call up Navy. Pretty simple.

You're right in the sense that there is considerable overlap between ECNL and Navy, outside of the top 6-8 players.

For sure there would have to be a minor catastrophe for ECNL to be short players but, if they are, they will get them from Navy. No different than every other year.

I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say the pool system does not function the same way with ECNL as it does with Navy/White. If it did, you probably will have quite a few ticked off ECNL parents.

No! They are very important. Their fees keep the cost more affordable for the talented players.
