12 of the top 20 teams (Got Soccer) are in the u15 boys Qualifier, that's a better ratio than in the superior and almighty FSPL..... Weak Talent.... That is Funny. Also....24 teams accepted and 17 total ranked better than 28th..... Yep, Weak talent....Not

It may not be the Mac Daddy of all tournaments ... But is certainly not weak.

There is a difference between qualifying for Disney and being placed in the top showcase bracket. Many teams get into the tournament, but one of the only ways to GUARANTEE to be placed in one of the top showcase brackets is to WIN the qualifier. That doesn't mean other teams won't be placed there, but they are not guaranteed that placement.
Therefor .... Some solid teams will go to the qualifier in order to better their odds to get into top showcase.

By the way.... With a minimum off 10 possible tournaments that weekend teams will have a choice no matter what level they play, and I used the Disney Qualifier only as an example not to state that it is better or best.

Sounds like you need defining "Top Teams" . What is top? Is it the 5/10/20 on Got Soccer? Is it one state cup tourney? Is it winning a league?

Earlier post used some math from Got Soccer (Got Soccer certainly has it's problems, but what else to use?). Seems that 50% of the teams in u15B are top 20, and 71% are in top 28. Because 8 teams are missing from the top 20 there are no top teams?

Even the showcase is becoming a money maker just look at last year how many groups they opened up after the first accepted team list came. I think they added at least 20 more team in the u16 group

NPL showcase is at same time as Disney Showcase, and is already pulling in teams from around the country. Add the ECNL showcase at the same time as well, and FL will be full of college coaches.
