Exactly, that is why more than half the participants left the club this year!!!!!!Now they get a clue. Just a matter of time before they replace this board.

Soccer Survey Results Summary:
90 people responded to the Survey within 24 hours.

14 people were very satisfied or fairly satisfied with the Parkland Predator Soccer Organization but 48 people were somewhat dissatisfied or completely dissatisfied.
31 of the responses stated they were completely dissatisfied with the organization representing almost 40% of the 79 people that responded to this question. It is clearly evident that changes should be made.

17 people responded that they would be interested in serving on the Parkland Predator Board of Directors.
It appears that enough people want to be part of the Board. An election should be scheduled and a ballot of names should be submitted.

76.5% of responses stated that the Board should waive the "2 year service to the club" requirement.
The Board should remove the requirement.

72.6% of responses stated that the Board should have Term Limits.
The Board should amend its by-laws to incorporate Term Limits.

90.6% of responses stated that the Board should share Minutes and Financials to Predator families.
It is clear that Predator families would like more information.

29 people responded that they would be interested in serving on a Predator committee.
Many people want to assist the organization and take an active role by being part of various committees.

So what this survey reveals is clearly that people who like to help out, but say nothing. Would like to get on the board, but pay no service to the club before being given the role....

Enough with all the complaining about this terrible board. It is time for action. We all want them gone and now we have even more valid reasons. We need to get together in a strong, unified effort to get them removed. Sitting on our computers whining about it and gossiping with our friends won't do anything.

Truthfully, what has this club ever accomplished? Why are we even talking about them?
