Wow this thread continues to shock with all of the bullying and threats that go on.

          Really?

Over youth soccer you are threatening to punch someone- you made the same threat months ago against Trent. And there has been cyber bullying of the bitter scorned women, and threats to reveal peoples IP address . You all continue to give yourself a bad name

Its true, people complain on here because they want a team to be chosen based on actual playing ability; they want the 2-3 trainings a week promised by the club; they want an invested coach who at a minimum shows up, but who also provides feedback to the girls; and they want a dad coach with no qualifications to step back and allow professionals to coach the team - and in return, people, other teams, other clubs, other teams in the same club, are are bullied, made fun of, and threatened with physical violence.

Keep it up - when you act like that and threaten to punch someone, you give your team a much worse name than any parent complaining about legitimate issues could ever do.

62 degrees at night? I doubt it. Also fields may be sloggy if grass with the rain, frost, thaw and frost again. And they may not be available. Many clubs tent fields and if another entity is using them, then it isn't as easy as waiving a wand.
Clearly this is your first (and hopefully last) rodeo. Many of us that have been doing this for years know how it works. Btw access to an indoor facility during the winter months is not common. Not that you would know that.

...many clubs rent fields..not tent. Sorry error.

Someone else mentioned earlier that much maligned RL team practiced outdoors last night at CR North (which has turf, and is therefore not subject to the rain, frost, thaw, frost cycle you mentioned).

Does the RL coach have a magic wand?

Or is it he is just invested in coaching his team, and saw the weather forecast looked good, and he made the call to the club to get time on the turf at North. In a nutshell this is the problem with our team - our coach could care less. He just wants to get paid. And our dad coach only cares about his own kid -he could care less when and if we practice.

“He could care less” you mean “ he couldn’t care less“ and you wrote a book you must have had a good editor

Does this aggitated poster work? Seems to always respond quickly. Needs a hobby and not blogging. Get a life man. Life is too short.

Turf does get frost cover....knit wit. I have seen plenty of kids get injuries slipping on turf. But clearly you are all knowing.. .

ahhhhh is this real? Don't Bucks teams have standard nights they train?? They should have turf locked up all winter and be training 2-3 nights a week. Are you saying this does not happen at Bucks??

Are you suggesting the dad coach or RF were concerned about frost on the CR North Turf last night in 60 degree weather - if so, I think we have an even bigger problem

                              Lol!

FYI my kids lowly EDP team practiced on the turf last night - beautiful night no frost that I could see. Turf was busy with teams practicing the whole night from 5-9. Getting ready for the spring season!

Have you heard of turf. That is where we are supposed to be playing at this level.
