For the record, I agree with most of what you post. But, you should realize you would be much more effective protesting at tryouts, rather than copying and pasting the same thing over and over. This makes you look obsessive/compulsive. Add to the fact only maybe a dozen people that could be directly impacted read this board. Your message would be much more impactful if you had signage and a megaphone at the actual tryouts. This way, everyone who needs to know the truth will hear it.

You failed to address the metrics, the decline of membership, the loss of players, the decline in college placement. You never address it, because you can’t. And it bothers you that everybody laughs at you in coaching circles, while being oblivious to it. You feel that if you believe your lies everyone will believe your lies.

He will go to the boys, and they will see a decline just as the girls. This may be your last shot at West Florida flames. And you’re getting desperate.

You’re worried about your future at west Florida flames. If you continue to decline, with no improvement, you may be forced out. They’ve already taken the girls from you because of how you miss manage them over the years. Pieces are already being put in place to replace you. You can’t go anywhere else, because you have no record of accomplishment.
