Oakwood is a.club with no excuses. They are not like PDA. Stars. World class. Albertson. Trying to maintain a GDAP and ecnl team. Oakwood should never get beat so easy or could it be that Oakwood is just not that good.

That said it's no fun traveling that far, missing a good deal of school, for results like that. Players still want to win. If top players weren't playing and games were poor quality then what impression does that leave with college coaches?

Of course Stars kids stayed in ECNL. If you were 14-18 this past year and committed, why change? If you were 14-18 and ECNL, why go to GDA, because GDA isn't going to be up and running and credible for more than the four years you might have in the system.
GDA versus ECNL is a big question for current U12 kids, because they are likely to be the first ones who see GDA hit its strude.
GDA was a no-brainer for NPL OW kids, who had no shot at A-level play anyway.
