Clarification: What should you have to pay a qualified outsider after a nationwide search?

A person with technical, conceptual, leadership and administrative skills overseeing club training, recruiting, coaching assignments, fundraising, sponsorship and marketing etc...

In our former capitalistic economy, whatever he or she could get. Under our present socialistic regime, the same as everyone else.

It depends on the area of medicine that the doctor wants to practice in.

Sorry guys, this was a serious question. Just thought some of you would know how much a good DOC gets paid in your area of the country.

But it is so much easier to take it just for Mom & Dad. Don't make me really do something for my money. Thank you so much for your understanding.

It depends where you are in relation to the cost of living. For example if it were in Boca where the cost of living is a bit expensive I would say $50,000 plus, if it where the Orlando area I would say $30,000-$45,000. I have a friend in TX who makes $125,000 and another in TN that makes $45,000 and both clubs are basically the same size.

The rate around Pinellas hold no reason to it. It can be as low as $15k or upwards of $75k. Just depends on what the Club is willing to pay and how much of their budget they are willing to part with.

Try 50k + and they do not deserve that . You people tell me what they really do for that kind of money ?

Well I'm a DOC, and I can tell you that its alot of work, most of us are on the field 24/7. Depending on the club, even the best money isn't worth it. With all the complaining people do, the amount of hours put in. oh, and as a bonus no appreciation. Some DOCs work hard for the clubs and do great things for the kids.
