Premier is the top team. Elite is the next level down team. Both play competitive schedules and are State Cup level teams.

the word "premier" means they can charge you $1000 more per year in additional fees and training
the word "elite" means they can justify that $1000 fee for crappy training and make you feel good about it

U15 boys Premier team only selected 3 HCU A team players . . . 5 other previous A team players will now play on the B team.

Did you ever think that all of the five wanted to play for Ed A on the "Black" team because they like ED and so they don't have to travel all over the state, and can practice at Ed Radice and play CDL?
Of the three who are playing "premier", one is the goalie (good goalie), one is the best player from last year's team (center-mid), and then the left midfielder who was a former Ed A player who burned a bridge and couldn't go back to the "black" team. There it is, plain and simple.
Overall, only eight players of the 15 from last years HCU red team returned to TBU or to soccer. That tells you everything you need to know.
