    Sorry minion, you actually don't know what you are talking about.

    Anyone with a clue could do better then her and her weak staff
    Weak--you mean Manny Martins who came from UCLA and has had good success
    With U17 National girls -- also coached several of our newer starters on WNT.

    Why do you have to all be so negative?

        The Ducks have been steadily getting better. Sign of good coaching. Many negative posters.

          Less than .500, she's fired. Oregon is great campus with lots of nike money flowing in.

            I really want the Ducks to have success. They have not gotten steadily any better than they have been. Granted, they are in a very difficult conference. Steadily getting better may be an exaggeration:

            2011--> .455 8-10-4 Overall 3-6-2 Conference
            2012--> .450 8-10-2 Overall 3-7-1 Conference
            2013--> .289 4-12-3 Overall 2-8-1 Conference
            2014--> .421 7-10-2 Overall 3-7-1 Conference
            2015--> .316 6-13 Overall 3-8 Conference
            2016--> .450 8-10-2 Overall 2-8-1 Conference

            Certainly they improved over their abysmal year in 2013 but their conference standing overall hasn't seen any significant improvement.

                They should give Manny a try. What do they have to lose? 11th place?

                    How many times have you seen a coach get fired from a losing program (for losing) and see the school promote the assistant coach?

                        Clearly UO doesn't care whatsoever about womens soccer. They seem content with a less than mediocre program going on many, many years.

                          The entire staff needs to be let go. Bring in new blood.

                            Manny is a good coach and might be good for continuity. Kat is awful in more ways than one. She really has a trust issue with her players. She either lies outright or is extremely forgetful. If your daughter is committed here you may want to reconsider. Transferring is very expensive and can be very stressful. Perhaps reach out to a couple of the 9 players who departed prior to the 2016 season. Due diligence goes a long way.

                              Women's soccer has a huge drop out & transfer rate at all schools. Players in the PAC12 that don't pan out or don't get the minutes they want often transfer out to an easier conference. Parents always blame the coach instead of their daughters performance & abilities. PAC12 soccer isn't for the weak.

                                Not the person you are responding to but if nine players left in one year then that is not normal. I looked up the old rosters to see if I could figure out which players left and to where. I was not able to find 9 players but I did easily find a couple of players that left for the Big 12 and SEC. These are highly competitive conferences so I don't know if the "its the players' fault and nothing to do with the coaches" narrative works.

                                Doing your homework when picking a college in which to play a sport is a very good idea. There are many factors that go into college play. Having a good fit with the coaching staff is at the top.

                                No matter what your point is other than slamming player's ability, you cannot argue that Oregon has a good or even improving record.
