And any idea why no Oakwood for the U14's? I know they have DA now, so did they just not have enough players to field a strong enough NPL team?
From what I've heard from a friend there no - they moved almost all their NPL players to GDA and got no new talent. Whatever they do field in NPL will be very weak

Boys seems to have their own formats too. Very confusing to keep track of all the differences!
If there is no GU15 NPL division this fall, I would expect to see the 04 NTnphenom playing with the the U14 SSS AP team. That should pop them to the top of the 04 NPL list. Where is our 04 List Guy when we need him?

And a shame about Oakwood. They were were a quality NPL team (unlike Yankee) and made a trip to CT every year worthwhile.

Its on the NEP website. Boys NPL have always been listed there, but never the girls until this year apparently.

NEP has become a glorified maple
Very little difference from maple 5 years ago

What does that make Northeast NPL, NEP/NEC, and the NSL which are all weaker leagues???

The league does not define how good a player is.

                              NSL is like MASC was
                              NEC is like Maple was

Point is leagues just keep changing and they're all the same in the end
After a period of time and dominance they become diluted

And all the league commissioners are like little dictators
                                That never changes either
