The NE 10 is actually a very very good D2 conference not only in soccer but everything else as well. D1 snubs always but your nose up to everyone else

The soccer is horrendous. It's roller derby. Rosters are mostly kids that lacked to the athleticism and pace to get looks at the regional D1s and lacked the smarts to get into most of the strong D3.
The rosters don't run deep on talent so it results in very physical sloppy play. Most of the teams would struggle mightily against the decent local D3 teams and get hammered by mediocre D1 like Fairfield, SHU and QU

How's that?
The level is horrendous
Do you think anyone cares what your opinion on this might be?
College kids playing soccer, the game they must surely love. What's the problem?

Where did you play?
Where do your kids play?
Why are you watching "horrendous" soccer? Is your life that pathetic?
Why did your wife give me the clap?

There are different levels in everything. The NE 10 is comparable to most D2 conferences.
The talent pool only runs so deep, SCSU hardly play the beautiful game.
For what’s its worth, the local D1s aren’t a ton better except that kids can move. Those rosters are almost entirely filled with players from NPL teams etc.
It moves (a lot) slower. Sorry for the Dose of reality
