EDP Cancels Spring Season

Following the guidelines of State Governments, US Youth Soccer and US Youth Soccer State Associations, the difficult decision has been made to cancel the Spring 2020* EDP League season.

A credit will be issued once all operational costs have been determined. Details regarding your credit, including how to use it, will be emailed to your team.

We would like to thank all the clubs, teams, coaches, players and families for your ongoing support of the EDP League as we manage the programming through these unprecedented times. The safety and security of our soccer community is, and always will be, our highest priority!

EDP is exploring a number of options to provide additional competitive opportunities this summer. More details will follow as "return to play" guidelines are clarified at state and local levels.

Not like they haven't had months to figure it out. There was never a chance they were going to be able to have a Spring season, they knew that.

What do they consider "operational costs" since most teams didn't start is it fair for them to split the burden with those that had? Are the costs including salaries for people who sat around waiting till we could come back?

Cedar Stars (Monmouth) 2010 Girls Team is looking for a Goalie. Ours, unfortunately, moved away. This one of the top teams in the region for this age group and looking for a New Teammate to make the team complete. Looking to start training for Spring/Summer season ASAP (as lock down starts to ease up). Once things get back to normal will be most likely having 2 to 3 training sessions per week (including Goalie Training). Training is in Tinton Falls, NJ at the Beautiful CSA Facilities at Wayside Road.

This one of the top teams in the region for this age group and looking for a New Teammate to make the team complete. Looking to start training for Spring/Summer season ASAP (as lock down starts to ease up). Once things get back to normal will be most likely having 2 to 3 training sessions per week (including Goalie Training).
