You couldn't be more wrong. If you knew anything about the program you would know this the news everyone was waiting for. The group of young women want to win. That wasn't going to happen with JM. There has been and is talent on team. I'm willing to bet they make the Big East playoffs next year with JM gone.

He is a great talker when he's recruiting. Tells you everything you want to hear but when you get there it's a different story. As I am sure a lot of coaches do. Many players were hoping this is what was going to happen.

how will you know if it helps or hurt by firing a coach ? How many more wins does the team need under a new coach to be proof? 1, 2, 3, 4 more wins etc?? What if the record is the same???what of its worse???

Just like the men's program it starts with making the Big East playoffs. In a few years making the NCAA playoffs. There is no reason why that can't be accomplished at PC.
