Look, if your kid isn't coached by her, why would you know. She is gone though. That's a fact. Great move by oakwood to get rid of her now. She wasn't really liked by many.

Totally agree. But it's a great example of the keyboard warriors on this site that are happy to act as an "authority" on the club. Every OW family at 14 and up knows she's gone.

The move was long overdue. She had some good teams but had zero clue of the bigger picture. Ultimately did way more harm than good during her time at the club. This typically results in your employment ending.

Don't really want to dump on someone when they are gone but she really wore out her welcome with the club. Was a very good teacher of the game and excellent with young players. However, she was very tough on players and not a good communicator. Probably best that she learns from mistakes and gets a fresh start somewhere else. There are several she ran out of the club that are thriving now. That's the kind of coach she was

With less teams because of combined age groups, and less players due to GDA attrition, ow doesn't need as many coaches.....
