Good luck to them. Just hope that they don't regret this. How about the old saying of finishing what you started? have fun sharing time on the field. OC has a lot of talented players. How many times will the one player leave and get taken back onto the team?

If these players are discovery players, they typically stay, train and play with their team and then play with the ECNL team for showcases. There are no league games left for OCYS, so the only games that remain are the showcases in Dallas, and NJ and then the National Qualifier in Seattle. Since this is two different leagues, the players can play for Sunrise and OCYS ECNL. I don't know their plan, but it could work to play for both, and this is done all over the country.

        Agreed best of both worlds

OC u16 ECNL already has 2 discovery players from JFC on their roster. Still not sure how this will work for the Sunrise girls that have also been recently added to the roster. Can they play for both Sunrise and OC as non-discovery players? That would seem to be a pretty big loophole in the rule limiting ECNL teams to 2 discovery players. More likely that they have left Sunrise completely and are now with OC. If that's the case, travel for training will mean a lot of time on the road. Hope this works out for everyone.

It is seriously no one's business but the parents of these girls. To the outside world it look like the ideal situation to play for Sunrise but may be OC is offering them something that they cannot find at Sunrise.

I believe you are right, but training can be worked out. While some clubs don't work with one another, many others do. Maybe they've worked out a South Florida training situation that allows the players to train near home much of the time, with weekly or less often trips up to Orlando to train with the ecnl team.

Troll? Or do you get off on posting made up nonsense on the internet? You don't know anything about what you're writing. OC's league play is not over, and they're not going to NJ, and it's not a National Qualifier in Seattle. The only thing you got right is "I don't know their plan".

Right on, unfortunately too many people care. Too many people think a couple of girls switching teams and playing 3 hrs from home is going to jeopardize their kid's chance at that big money scholarship.

OCYS still has games left against WFF two games. They have showcase in Dallas and are going to the National tournament in Seattle. Winners from there then go to Richmond Va. They are also playing in Florida Cup the true State Cup. There are also some friendlies that have been scheduled. These girls made their own choices. They probably saw the benefits of going to OCYS. They played each other in Boca FINAL 4 and tied 1-1 without Jacksonville goalie and defender who are both discovery players add those two girls and two sunrise girls they are special team.

                            Nothing at OC is special.

Agreed wrong choice of words. Girls took different path then what they were on. We will see how remaining games and year goes.

                                I would agree with that.
