Ok so Brady, who has been holding balls all his life, did not notice his balls were
deflated. No sir I don't buy it. Would you not notice right away if your balls had been handled without your knowledge?

Not uncommon for this type of gamesmanship at the club soccer level. Game balls underinflated, thick heavy turf (high grass) to slow fast teams down.....

            not a joke

it is painful that we have no standards for the balls in soccer. sometimes, the balls are flat and sometimes hard as a rock. it makes more of a difference in soccer than football

Of course there are standards for game balls used in soccer matches ... Law 2 sets out the requirements:

The ball is: spherical, made of leather or other suitable material, of a circumference of not more than 70 cm (28 ins) and not less than 68 cm (27 ins), not more than 450g (16 oz) in weight and not less than 410g (14 oz) at the start of the match, and of a pressure equal to 0.6 -1.1 atmosphere (600 - 1100 g/cm2) at sea level (8.5 lbs/sq in 15.6 lbs/sq in).

Law 5 requires the referee to ensure that any ball used meets the requirements of Law 2.

If any referee isn't doing this, he or she isn't doing his or her job.

Recommendations have actually been made to use balls with a lower psi in order to reduce the incidence of concussions resulting via headers.

The problem is the gringo no know how inflate the ball. When gringo just squeezes it, usually it maybe one half what the Laws says it should be. When gringo complain it's too hard for their bad gringo touch skills, it might just barely be at the minimum. When gringo is ball boy for pro game, then gringo really know what hard ball is.

See more of the non gringos complain about an over-inflated ball. They want the ball under-inflated to slow the game down. Because the non gringos can not keep up with the pace of play.

Lets all just flop on the ground in agonizing pain and complain about it until we realize we didn't get a call. That may work for under inflated balls also.....Lmao! The gringo's really need to work on that aspect of the game.

                        Deflated Balls-Don't Panic

Don't worry all soccer men go through this at some point in their life...first, try pumping your deflated balls. Caution: be very careful not to overpump, or they may very well explode. This happened to one of my good soccer friends on his honeymoon-he got nervous, panicked and boom. If still unsuccessful at achieving proper inflation, remain calm, scoop up your deflated balls and learn to play with them in their under-inflated condition. While more challenging, this can be fun too, especially if you have an understanding soccer partner. Sure you can expect some amount of ridicule, particularly from female soccer players, but this is perfectly normal.

Finally some actual advice that I can use on this topic.
                          Thank you

He tried to but then they hired the crazy German coach and he cut the best gringo ever and sent out a lineup that even God couldn't use to beat Belgica.
