An All Democrat Congress will Pack the Supreme Court to 11.

The Constitution has no limit Set on how many Supreme Court justices there are.
Throughout our history that number has been set at 5 and as much as 10 finally settling at 9.
Democrats have expressed to McConnell that after his decision to start nominating judges by way of a 51 majority vote unlike past votes of 60 that if they won the Senate, won the White House and hold the House they would raise the Supreme Court bench to 11 or more.
Meaning Ginsburgs death giving Trump a 6-3 gift will be erased within months under Biden.

This is called packing the court, a method that rarely can be achieved and only when one party holds all the chips to do so.

This Election is now more critical for the Republicans to hold the Senate or the White House.

exactaMundo! Moscow Mitch has used his Senate powers to weaponize the Supreme Court.
He should have worked with Obama on Scalia's replacement of a judge having a moderate conservative view. Changing the rules from 60 to a majority Senate vote originally was something he was against and he made that thought well known some years ago fearing retaliation when the Dems take control.

The Republican Party is putting everything on the line knowing that they’ll never get this opportunity again, unfortunately it’ll be short lived and the Democrats will erase most of Trumps work. Now more than ever It’s critical for Trump to get another 4, Democrats are gonna wipe his legacy clean, he knows it and so do the Republicans.
Next few months is gonna be good, never again in history will we see so such political rivalry.
Can’t wait for the Movie 🍿.

        You only wish.
Trumps 1 & done, Ginsburgs death dosent get any more votes for Trump there’s no more Republican juice in the bottle. Independents & Democrats have not crossed party lines like with Clinton. In fact Independents & LGBTQ folks are more concerned of their rights than any other so expect this death to now seal Biden’s victory for sure.

All those that didn’t vote for Clinton like the Sanders group and the haters of Clinton are the ones to get hurt by an imbalance of judges and not to mention to heightened fear of Roe V Wade for women.
Get ready for pain come November and more pain in January when Biden starts erasing all of Trumps doings.....he’ll be tweeting 24/7 as they untie his work.

So what if the pack they court? It's legal. McConnell weaponized the process and will pay for it in the end.

Long term SOCTUS and Congress should have term limits. Our founding fathers never envisioned people living to practical double their expected ages at the time. Having limits would force Congress to work together more and help balance out the court more.

Biden doesn't tweet much and it's not the petty vindictive crap Trump does, or battles with celebrities. He will have a very long "To Do" list once he's sworn in, that's for sure.

They have to win the senate to do that....good luck. Senate could delay approval process.

Besides, Biden doesn’t have a list. Unprepared. Jill is probably trying to pull one together now. Trump had his published. Get a nice Christian conservative woman in there

The OP is right -Ginsburg rolling over is a gift for Biden.

Biden just notched up another 2 points with Independents, McConnell already announced he’s going gang-busters on the Court system and it’s freaked out every Undecided voter on the sidelines.

                Obamacare
                Roe V Wade
                Gay Rights
                Immigrant rights,
                Voting Rights .
A temporary win for Trump and Republicans but a huge win for Democrats long term, it exposes the Republican Party and it’s evil ways.

                Republican Senators in trouble.

Susan Collins (R-M) Down 15pts against

Martha McSally (R- A) Down 20 pts against Mark Kelly(D-A) NASA astronaut, what’s so special about this election is that McSally is in office replacing McCain so when Kelly wins in November Arizona allows him to be sworn in by November 30th leading to a 48 Democrat vote in the Senate. Democrats would only need 3 Republicans.

Kelly Loeffler (R-G) Down by 8 pts based on the selling Of stocks after she got from inside intel committee hearings, FBI still investigating.

Thom Tillis (R-G) down by 6pts

Cory Gardner (R-C) down by 6 pts

Others include Lindsey Graham in a statically dead heat, others face an intense fight against Democrats in strongly held Republican States.

Ginsburg death just raised 40 million dollars in a matter of hours for the Democrats.
Seems there's not a soul that didn't like her and want a person with a view just like her, looks like this will work out bad for Republicans as they Scrabble to get a W with an R on it.

That may all be true but it won't stop the GOP from jamming some awful judge through in the party's last gasp for air. One pundit said McConnell will pretend to wait until after the election but then just take it up in Nov/Dec. I wouldn't put it past him either. GOP Senators who lost their bids won't care because they're out.

Naturally video has resurfaced of Graham saying no SCOTUS judge should be decided on during an election year lol :) McConnell will probably keep his seat but Graham isn't looking good. Same with that flip flopper Collins.

The Dems will use every dirty trick McConnell and Trump have done in the last few years.
The GOP will regret those moves for years to come.

Nope...recent poll shows 63% say the seat should be filled this year.

People misquote the 2016 Biden rule that Mitch used. In a presidential election year, if the senate majority leader and prez are two different parties, then wait. If not, then go

Do you have any idea why Graham, Collins and the other GOPs are at risk?

                            Pssssst come closer........BRETT KAVANAUGH!

The Supreme Court picks from the GOP have been a web of dishonesty and politically disgrace Under Trump, this temporary win will cost them for decades to come. Schumer already made the statement “ game on and no holding back”
Even Moderate Republicans are sick of it.
It used to be Judges were nominated by 65 and better , Trumps nominations have been the lowest in History to be confirmed KAVANAUGH was cutting it at 50 with VP pence getting him over the finishing line. Americans were sickened by Collins and Graham along with the rat pack and they ain’t forgetting.

                            Obama’s nominations were 68 & 63 respectively, Clinton’s were outstanding at 96 & 87.
Even crooked Reagan got 3 clean sheets of 99,98,97.

now just days before the Election is just seals the fact that the Republikazzzzes are total lying scvvvvmbags and cant keep their word.

RIP Ruth -you’ve definitely made history and she will never see how big it will be
I hope she’s with McCain watching this unfold..

saw this posted elsewhere. Kavanagh and Thomas were the most contentious nominations. Even some that were "close" had some support from the other party. Most nominees had broad support because nominees were carefully chosen based on qualifications not political leanings. What a concept

                              Kavanaugh 50-48 Trump
                              Gorsuch 54-45 Trump

                              Breyer 87-9 Clinton
