My son does Valeo’s Ironman every summer with WB. The twins in Portugal come back every year to do Ironman at Valeo, and they told the players last summer that when they go back for pre-season, they are the fittest and sharpest player out there. They swear by it, plus my son has seen great improvement as well.

It's good to see local programs like Ironman and Pro project offering excellent training! At the times, even better than most clubs can offer.

Momma Bear tagging @USMNT with spam tweets.

                  It’s sad.

Just professional contracts at this time.

This ends poorly. They can always learn a trade I guess.

For all the people out there spreading fake info, listen up.

The Revs begin practice in Phase 3.

They will have a U19 team.

                            That is all.

Like running the Ironman program for 8-10 year olds. They can't make the proProject teams so stuck there for the summer.

My son is not a Valeo player, and he trained with both pro project and Ironman. He prefers to do Ironman. Both program are great in my opinion, but I let him choose for himself.
