Does anyone have more info on why Dustin Smith resigned? He's a coach at our club and if he was fired for moral reasons I'd like to know since he will be around children going forward.

It is not anything nefarious like that. I do not know personally but I was told he was having personal issues, stress from long hours on his love/personal relationship was taking a toll. I have no knowledge of the situation, but the above poster is correct that corporations do not fire anyone at management level. They always negotiate resignation and issue a statement about "leaving to pursue other opportunities". The nasty people on this site who have no personal knowledge of the situation should do what they do in corporate America and take it at face value.
