Early ages there are lots of teams. As they get older they fall off. What's that tell ya
FESA sponsored small-sided pick-up co-ed soccer might help with retention. Provide free refs and field space for the fun. The boys and girls are treated differently and separately at FESA and the We mentality would help. Offer ways for the boys and girls to work on service projects for the club and feel a part of something bigger than an isolated travel boys team.
So Bubb has to bring in an oustsider tobtrain his staff and write the coaching curriculum? Good news is he doesn't sound English so ya got that goin for ya Fury/Creeks

Whether it's Concorde, FESA, etc., the point is it's just another way for these clubs to fleece families. These mega clubs can do pre season against each other to work on match fitness, tactics, etc. but they gotta play those bloated salaries.
Agreed. There is no reason why FESA/CLAY and ARMADA can't play against each other in a tournament. We don't mind paying the fees for the tournament but it will cut back in the travel out of town (spending more time driving they what my kid will play). They can call this the First Coast Cup and will make a for an interesting tournament, where teams can brag, show their pride for their clubs but most importantly kids get to play meaningful games.

Not opposed to that idea, but how will fesa decided who participates? Most clubs don't have C, D, E and F teams. Then there is the roster games that Bubb has no problems playing but that is another issue.
