Nope, not worth it at all. Plenty of ex-SSS players at other clubs once they are no longer ulittles. Good technical skill and dumb as a brick soccer IQ. Canít stand most of the ex-SSS players as they tend to be selfish and think they are better than they really are.

Must be something in the water over there, and yeah, we could afford it, but why do that to our kids. Want them to actually learn how to play the game, not overdribble and randomly shoot from whereever they end up on the pitch.

We live in a Republic for now (fingers crossed it survives this admin.).
But you are talking about capitalism. The price is whatever the market will bear.

We live in a Democratic Republic. The poster you were responding to was not incorrect in their statement and neither are you. Capitalism refers more to our economic structure within our Democratic Republic.

Either way, the previous posters point is that we can all choose how much we pay and what we pay for. That is accurate.

Soooo.... if parents have 2 kids at SSS it would cost them $10,000/year just to be part of the club. 3 kids $15,000. Holy moly! Thats alot of freakin money for your kids to play soccer.

I could possibly see that for the GAL teams but how can you sell that kind of money for a 5 game league in the NPL impact. Also against crap competition. SSS realized their second teams are not even close to the big 3 second teams and panicked because they would have been exposed in the DPL. Have they had any meetings as to why the left the DPL which was bragged about by SSS.
