Not LI per se but scuttlebutt on BOTN is an NYCFC player is doing GDA AND high school simultaneously. If true that will go over like a fart in church with USSF and college coaches.

But besides the rules, that's crazy in terms of the amount of time and overuse...2 hours of HS x 5 days and then 1.5 hours x 4 days + multiple games seems like a sure way to get injured.

I have total sympathy for the Club. No way they sanctioned it or were aware of it.
